Common questions

I bought something and it never arrived.

Marketplace deliveries can stall when a region is restarting. Check Received Items in your inventory first - most missing deliveries are sitting there. If it is genuinely gone, send a notecard with the order number and it will be redelivered.

Can I give a copy to a friend?

Everything is copy but no-transfer unless the listing says otherwise, so a copy cannot be passed on. Buy it as a gift on Marketplace instead - that delivers straight to them.

The HUD does not show up when I wear it.

Nine times out of ten the HUD is attached but sitting off-screen. Right click it in inventory, choose Attach To HUD and pick a different position, or reset your HUD positions in the viewer.

Do the animations work with my head or body?

Poses and animations are built on the standard skeleton, so they work with any mesh body. Eye movement only applies to heads that support it - everything else still plays normally.

Will there be an update, and does it cost extra?

Updates to a creation you already own are free and are sent to you through the update system. You never pay twice for the same thing.
